We're just over a week from the launch of Nintendo's new console, the Nintendo Switch and the latest Zelda title, the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and we have recieved news that spoilers for the Wii U version of the aforementioned game has appeared to have been leaked online.
The whole thing seemed to have started on 4Chan, with NeoGAF and Twitter making their way into the mix and picking up steam rapidly. Even the Zelda subreddit now has a growing number of posts claiming to have information of unannounced details and attempts to prove the leak is real.
In doing a bit of our own research, we noticed that some elements of the leaks do appear to be genuine while others we simply cannot verify at this time without having the game in front of us.
It boils down to this: if you don't want the latest Zelda title spoiled for you in any way...
BE CAREFUL when browsing the internet this next week.
Thankfully, as we stated previously, there is not too much longer to wait for the latest entry in the Legend of Zelda series. So hang on to your hats, guys, soon all shall be revealed.
The Nintendo Switch and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild both launch March 3rd, 2017 worldwide.
