A little over a month before the release of Titanfall 2 on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, Respawn Entertainment have announced a companion app of sorts to its highly anticipated shooter; Titanfall Frontline.

“Step into the Frontier War as the brigade Commander in a fast-paced head-to-head strategy card battler.  Enlist familiar Commanders, like Sarah and Spyglass, and deploy your team of Pilots and Titans into combat as you aim to strategically outmaneuver opponents in real time PvP battles. Play burn cards, call down Titans, and experience an expanded Titanfall universe. “

The game will give players access to “…hundreds of Pilots, Titans, and Burn Cards” so they may assemble a powerful team to take control of the frontline and destroy their opponent. Just like in Titanfall, you can combine Pilots and Titans to deal extra damage. Conversely, you can place your Titan in Auto-Mode to provide cover as your Pilot attacks its target. There are “hundreds of combinations at your command” so players can play out battles their way and defeat the rival commander.

No definite release date has been announced as of our writing, but we will keep you updated as soon as we hear more.

Again, Titanfall Frontline, a new mobile trading card game, was announced for release on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in 2016. Stay tuned to Senshudo for the latest.
